Early in the morning, join our performers for a sport session suitable for all levels of fitness (from age 10). Get the day off to a good start with our stuntmen, who will tell you a few secrets about the rigorous process of preparing their bodies for a top performance at every show.
Sportswear required – Good physical condition - Participants in this workshop must not have any contraindications to practising physical and sporting activity.
Workshops reserved for Cité Nocturne guests and Annual Pass holders only on reservation up to 72 hours before the date of visit, subject to availability. Workshops are scheduled according to the opening calendar. Workshops are in French only and can accommodate up to 20 people. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Photos and videos are not permitted.
